Privacy Policy
It is the policy of Albuquerque Nursery School that all information, records, and other types of documents generated relative to any child card provided by Albuquerque Nursery School are deemed by Albuquerque Nursery School to be confidential in nature, shall belong to Albuquerque Nursery School, and shall be preserved for only such periods of time to satisfy Federal and State law regulations. We will, however, provide copies of any and all such records and/or documents in existence at the request of the custodial parent of any child attending Albuquerque Nursery School. Otherwise, we will only provide information as required to meet Federal or State laws or to satisfy the requirements of a Subpoena issued for such records and/or documents issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Parentals Rights Policy
Albuquerque Nursery School respects parental rights of all parents regarding custodial matters of children in our care. We will adhere to the terms of proper written instructions for releasing children from our custody to authorized parents or others. When both parents are listed on our Child Care Application and Agreement form, we will not allow the removal of either parent from that Agreement without the written consent of the parent being removed or pursuant to a degree affecting parental rights from a court of competent jurisdiction.
